A legacy of love

Deezo's World

In his legacy, we rise together.

For anyone who has lost someone they love.

For his mother — and for you

She lost her boy. She does not want you walking this year alone.

Deezo's World was opened by a mother still grieving Devaughn “Deezo” Wright Pita, who was taken in August 2025. This house exists because that kind of missing does not end — and because other people on this island are missing someone too.

If you have lost a child, a partner, a parent, a brother, a friend — you belong at this table. We are not here to hurry you. We are here so the grief has company.
